Request a key with your work email. We review every request and email your key once it's approved.
Free-mail domains (gmail, outlook, yahoo, proton) are not accepted for trial keys. If your firm has no domain email, write to Landon@LikeFolio.com.
What the trial key serves
- Every dataset, every ticker, every trend.
- Full history up to a rolling cutoff of today minus six months. The cutoff moves forward daily, so the window never goes stale.
- Entity and division identities, trend names, and the trend maps are included. Only the Google-search brand names are replaced by stable opaque ids (
TICKER#bN). The numbers are identical to the subscription; which specific brand sits behind each search id is not disclosed. - Full-speed REST API — pull the whole embargoed history as fast as you like; a burst guard only blocks abuse — and the sample bundle.
- Every request is reviewed before a key is granted. Once issued, keys have no expiry and may be revoked for abuse or non-firm use.
Moving to a subscription
Subscribers get the named Google-search brand universe, brand_label, history through the latest refresh, bulk drops, and a one-time id join so a model built on trial ids transfers as-is.

Trial terms
- The trial data is provided for internal evaluation of LikeFolio's datasets. It may not be redistributed, resold, published, or used to train a product that substitutes for the datasets.
- Trial series are embargoed six months and are not suitable for live trading decisions; LikeFolio makes no representation that they are.
- Keys are personal to the registrant and firm. Sharing a key outside the registering firm terminates the trial.
- LikeFolio may revoke a key at any time. Registrants may ask for deletion of their registration details at any time.
- Data is provided as is. Nothing on this site is investment advice.
We record: email, firm, use case, signup time, and API usage counts per key. Nothing else.
